If the internet is the problem, look at Starlink.
Plenty of businesses around here are running a card reader, a phone system, and a camera or two over whatever DSL line or hotspot they could get. Everything I build sits on top of your connection, so when the connection is bad, nothing else can save it.
I run Starlink myself, at the place where all my own systems live. It’s satellite internet, so it reaches shops, yards, and offices well past where cable stops. It needs a clear view of the sky, and weather can affect it, but for a lot of addresses out here it’s the difference between working and not.
