This policy explains what information Sonny Bever LLC collects through this website, the phone line, and online booking, what it’s used for, and what you can ask me to do with it. The short version: I collect only what I need to reply to you, I don’t sell it, and I don’t use it for advertising.
“I,” “me,” and “Sonny Bever LLC” mean the same owner-operated business in Waco, Texas. This policy covers this website and first contact with me. Work I do inside a client’s own systems is covered by that client’s engagement agreement, not this page.
What I collect
When you use the contact form
Your name, email address, and message, plus anything else you choose to fill in: phone number, business name, type of business, what you need help with, and how you’d like to be contacted. I also note which page you sent the form from.
When you call
Calls to 254-332-1818 are answered by an AI receptionist. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and I receive a written summary so I can follow up accurately. That includes your phone number, what you say on the call, and any details you give, such as your name or a time to book.
When you talk to it in your browser
The “Talk to it in your browser” button connects you to the same AI receptionist using your microphone. It’s handled the same way as a phone call: the conversation is recorded and transcribed by Retell AI and I receive a summary. The calling software loads from a public code network (jsDelivr) only when you press the button, and your browser asks for microphone permission first.
When you book a time
Your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes you add. The appointment is added to my calendar. The booking page shows Cal.com’s scheduler inside this site, and anything you enter there goes to Cal.com under its privacy policy.
When you just visit
This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, and it doesn’t set cookies for visitors. The fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser isn’t sent to a font service. Like every website, the hosting and network providers keep standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time) for security and to keep the site running. When you send the form, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeat submissions and is not saved with your message.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on the contact form, or say yes on a recorded call, Sonny Bever LLC may text you about your inquiry and your appointments: confirmations and reminders, a follow-up if I miss your call, and occasionally a request for a review after work is finished. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop them, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The wording you agreed to and the date are stored with your enquiry as the record of consent. See the Terms & Conditions for the full SMS terms.
How I use it
- To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about
- To schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments, by email or text if you’ve agreed to texts
- To keep a record of our conversation if we end up working together
- To keep the site, forms, and phone line secure and free of spam
I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one. I don’t sell or rent your information, and I don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps me run this
A few service providers handle information on my behalf, only to provide their service to me:
- Hostinger hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Google Workspace handles my business email and calendar.
- Cloudflare provides DNS and network security for the domain.
- Retell AI runs the AI receptionist that answers, records, and transcribes calls.
- Cal.com runs online booking.
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of my business, my clients, or others.
How long I keep it
Messages, call summaries, and booking details are kept as long as they’re useful for following up or for an ongoing working relationship. If we don’t end up working together, you can ask me to delete them at any time. Call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to follow up accurately. Records connected to paid work may be kept longer for tax and legal reasons.
How it’s protected
The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in a private area of the site that only I can sign in to, and the accounts involved are secured with strong, unique passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but I apply the same care here that I recommend to clients.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Send a request through the contact form or call 254-332-1818, and I’ll take care of it within 30 days. I may need to confirm it’s really you before I share or delete anything.

This site links to my other sites, like the free domain and email scan at scan.sonnybever.com and my projects at lab.sonnybever.com, and to outside sites. Each has its own practices, so check its privacy information too.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent me information, let me know and I’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here.
