Why does my business email keep landing in spam?

Usually because your domain isn't telling the receiving mail servers that you're allowed to send for it. Those records are called SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and on most small-business domains they're missing, half-finished, or left over from an old provider. It's a fixable configuration problem, not something you have to live with.

Can someone send email that looks like it came from my business?

If your domain has no DMARC policy, often yes — and your customers have no easy way to tell. Setting those records up properly is one of the cheapest pieces of security a small business can do. The free scan checks it for you.

Who actually owns my domain and website?

Whoever controls the registrar account and the hosting login. Plenty of businesses find out the hard way that it's a former employee, a web designer who moved on, or an agency that won't hand it over. I put everything in your name, and you keep the logins.

Should I be on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Either can work. Google Workspace suits most small offices that live in Gmail, Docs and shared calendars; Microsoft 365 makes more sense if your staff are in Excel and Outlook all day, or your industry software expects it. Whichever you choose, you pay the provider directly and I set it up.

What happens on a free digital review?

We talk for about half an hour. Before we do, I look at your domain, email setup, website and phones from the outside. Then I tell you what's fine, what's exposed, and what I'd fix first. You get the list whether or not you hire me.

Am I locked into a monthly contract?

No. Most work is a project with a clear scope, and ongoing help is month to month if you want it. Nothing I build depends on a vendor account of mine sitting inside your systems.

What does it cost?

It depends on what's involved, so I'd rather look first than guess. The review is free, and after it you get a written scope and price before any work starts.

What does an AI receptionist actually do?

It answers the phone when your front desk can't, handles common questions, books appointments straight into the calendar you already use, and sends you a written summary of every call. It hands off to a person when a call needs one. The receptionist on this site is the same thing, running live.

Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant, and it doesn't pretend to be a person. Calls are recorded and transcribed so nothing gets lost, and anyone who'd rather talk to a human can say so.

Can you fix what the last IT person left behind?

That's most of the work. Undocumented setups, expired domains, mail that half works, a website nobody can log into. The first job is finding out what exists and who controls it, then getting it back in your name.

Do I have to be near Waco to work with you?

Only for hands-on work — network installs, Starlink mounting, deskside coaching — which is Waco and the I-35 corridor. Everything that can be done remotely I do for businesses anywhere in the United States: business email and Google Workspace, domains and DNS, websites, security cleanups, AI receptionists, booking and workflow automation. Plenty of that work never needs anyone on site.

Do you install Starlink?

Yes, in the Waco area — sign-up, mounting the dish, running the cable, and setting up the router and wireless behind it, plus moving your phones and card reader onto it. Further afield I can still get you signed up and set the network up remotely. The account stays in your name.

How do I get started?

Book a free digital review, send a message through the contact form, or call 254-332-1818 and the receptionist will book it for you.
