Using this website
The content here is provided in good faith for general information. It isn’t legal, financial, or security advice for your particular situation, and nothing on this site creates a client relationship. Any quote, timeline, or scope of work is agreed in writing before work starts.
Booking a call
The free digital review is a no-obligation conversation. You can reschedule or cancel from the confirmation email, or just call and say so. If you don’t show up, nothing happens; I’ll assume the timing didn’t work.
Calls and the AI receptionist
Calls to 254-332-1818, and browser calls started from this site, are answered by an AI receptionist. Calls are recorded and transcribed so I can follow up accurately. If you’d rather not be recorded, hang up and use the contact form instead.
SMS Terms
Program. Sonny Bever LLC sends text messages about your inquiry and your appointments: replies to questions you’ve asked, appointment confirmations and reminders, a follow-up if I miss your call, and occasional requests for a review after work is finished. This is not a marketing or promotional text program.
How you opt in. By ticking the consent box on the contact form at sonnybever.com/contact, or by telling me or the AI receptionist on a recorded call that it’s alright to text you. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — typically only when you contact me or have an appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help, or call 254-332-1818.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn’t guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for what’s collected and how it’s used. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Verbal consent script
When consent is collected by phone, this is what’s asked, once the reason for the call is handled. Calls are recorded, and the recording is kept as the record of consent.
“Is it alright if Sonny Bever LLC sends you text messages at this number about your appointment and your question? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them.”
The caller answers yes or no. If yes, a confirmation text is sent welcoming them and repeating how to opt out. If no, no texts are sent.
Links to other companies
Some pages link to other companies’ sites. The Starlink page uses a referral link: you get a free month and Starlink pays me a referral credit. Their offer, pricing, and service are theirs, not mine, and any account you open is in your own name.
