Orders

1. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through the Website using our secure checkout. You will receive an order confirmation via email after your purchase is complete.

2. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

3. Digital Products

Digital products (eBooks, guides, presets, templates, etc.) are available for download immediately after purchase. A download link will be provided on the confirmation screen and in your order confirmation email. Some digital products may be fulfilled through a third-party platform, in which case you will be directed to that platform to complete your download.

4. Order Issues

If you experience any problems with your order — missing downloads, incorrect items, or payment issues — please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.


Shipping

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship physical products within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items — available options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

6. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

7. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

8. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email when available.

9. Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Returns and Refunds

10. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Refunds are not available for eBooks, guides, presets, templates, or other downloadable content once accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

11. Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us to initiate the return before sending the item back

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

12. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
